Magnific experience ! Thank you so much Hilton The Palm and Miss Norina from Hilton Honors reception for helping us celebrate 25 years toghether🙏When we got to the reception we were welcomed by Miss Norina with a great smile . We are so gratefull to Miss Norina because when we told her about the reason we came, she prepared us an amazing surprise in the background before checking in . We received a complimentary early checkin and a late checkeout . When we first got to the room we noticed we were upgraded to an amaaazing suite !… with a gorgeous 180 degrees full see view of The Palm and the Skyline , higher floor right on the middle of the hotel!!! The housekeeping team had already prepared in advance a beautifull chocolate cake with our 25th aniversary text written with chocolate letters … On the bed there were balloons and other stuff for celebration . We also want to mention Miss Gabriela from the Lounge who upgraded us with breakfast and tea happy hour at the lounge at the 13th floor . She is a very pleasant person and really knows how to entertain a good conversation . We also have to mention Miss Asmae from the guest relations who came to us at the end asking about how our stay , Miss Jeniffer and Miss Noela from the reception and Mr. Titus who assisted us with our lugage , a very nice person . Thank you Hilton and thank you again Miss Norina, you certainly made our celebration a one to remember and I know that none of this would have happened if it wasn't for you to make us a surprise like this from the heart .

This hotel is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was wonderful, with a great bathroom, fantastic facilities and a big balcony. Beyond amazing breakfast - literally every food you could ever imagine. The staff were all very professional and lovely - one of the highlights was the hotel spa, and Raj, the masseuse, was just amazing. One of the best massages I've ever had. Also, the complimentary steam room and sauna which was awesome. There are so many restaurants on site its almost mind-boggling. And the private beach is great, with a fantastic cityscape view across the water.

We received a fabulous welcome upon arrival. Staff were super efficient and friendly. We were upgraded to a King size, sea view room with 2 double beds. The pillows were firm and the bed was comfy, if mot a tad small to our taste. . The bathroom was well kitted out. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, catering to every one's personal taste. Staff were attentive and super friendly and helpful. The beach and pool area was fantastic and very well organised with lovely, fluffy beach towels, free water and lots of sun beds. An awesome stay at a 5 star hotel.

The location of the hotel is just incredible. I loved it. The valet staffs was so lovely especially Simmone. The housekeeping staffs was polite as well. There was a black security guy who even brought our towels when chilling on the beach. His act was much appreciated.
